Overall good restaurant. They have a large variety on the menu, but are known for their shawarma. It’s in central Deira, so a very vibrant location. Parking is a bit difficult. We went for the boneless chicken, lambchops, and different kind of appartizers like; hommos, olive salade, garlic with spice, french fries. As a drink we took fruit juice. Would recommend it for families, price/quality is good. Spend 210 aed for two aduls and two children.
Very impressed by Aroos restaurant! The lamb shawarma plate was tasty but a bit dry. Their presentation of the food is great.. salad and bread for free. Filafils were small and over priced.. Rating 6/10. We found the cheese manakish and meat manakish over priced.. very thin base.. tasty. Perhaps their other dishes are better as there were lots of customers. I don't think we'd go there again.. although excellent gloved servers .. clean with their hair covered ... polite and attentive..
Went for the first time to Aroos Damascus on Sheikh Zayed Road. Loved the food extremely. Very fresh & tasty. The staff were very prompt in coming when called. Very good service & friendly staff. All what we ordered from the classic hummus, Beiruti Hummus, Mutabal, tabouleh, Fattoush, spicy potato, marrakeish (Zatar pita) etc was very yum. Highly recommend to go there & enjoy. Thanks to our main server Alla to make our dinner super with his recommendations & service
We placed an order for an office party at the time of restaurant opening. The order is a few mezza's and 1.5 kg mixed grill. We asked for delivery at 12:50pm. There has been over a 30 minute delay - customer service (specifically Mahmoud) - was really rude and the justification is a traffic light (20 mins)..... not recommended for delivery of large orders. And customer service on the call center needs improvement (rude approach)
